Is there a difference between the CBI and the ICB?
I noticed when news comes from Erbil source it is the ICB and the source is the Deputy Governor of the ICB (Iraq Central Bank)Muhzer Mahammed.
When the source is from Bagdad it is the Deputy Governor of the CBI (Central Bank of Iraq)Saleh.
These two sources always seem to be on opposite sides of the tracks on every topic.
Any light someone could share on this would be greatly appreciated. TY
