Planning included five new companies in the black list

announced the Ministry of Planning to issue regulations and instructions to suspend the activities of the future for a number of companies and offices of contractors for violation of its contractual obligations.
A press statement issued by the Information Office of the Ministry of Planning, said the five companies were referred to the black list for violation of its contractual obligations with the administration, adding that authenticate the ministry received on the recommendations of the Central Committee of the suspension and the inclusion and raising contractors grave breaches of their contractual obligations black list on the twelfth of June.
The statement said, decided to suspend future activities of the companies and offices against the contractual obligations at the request of government agencies contracting with these companies.
The statement called on the ministries and departments not related to the Ministry not to deal with the companies referred to until the resolution of the subject and according to the rules and instructions issued by the relevant authorities and by jurisdiction.
and revealed the names of companies that have been suspended, which includes the nationalities of the (Iraqi and foreign) and in various specialties, the statement said that this decision was based on demand received from the ministries (electricity, trade, the Municipality of Baghdad, Wasit province), indicating that companies that have been suspend its future is the Company (corner Alavnan General Trading Co., Ltd. and Chief Commissioner factions Jabbar Hamid due to submit a certificate of origin forged, Inc. Yamuna Indian (YAMUNA POWER & infrastructure) the lack of validity of the issuance of ratifications are installed on the certificate of origin provided by her company Ain Zala Trading & Contracting Company and Chief Commissioner Ahmed Ali Ahmed for submitting a letter of guarantee false issued by the Rafidain Bank and the company's southern coast for General Contracting and Chief Commissioner Rahim Abdullah Aziz Amiri, for failing to sign the contract and follow the ways of illegally withdrawing letter of guarantee submitted by it to the Department of Water Baghdad and private tender, numbered 19/2008.
and finally Dar Al-Fayad, General Trading Co., Ltd. and Chief Commissioner Ahmad Fayyad Kata for violation of its contractual obligations.
