However, Talabani: Unfortunately, the fourteenth of July Revolution which has changed course and have not had the time nor the conditions that allow either expression or the completion of all projects that had been hoped of revolution.
He continued that the conspiracy was externally and internally and rupture of the relationship between the different political parties are notable issues that have impeded the progress of the revolution in its project aborted coup of February 1963 bloody and dragged the country and the people from the tragedies and horrors and disasters left Iraq weighed until the fall of the dictatorship.
