He explained that the problem in the provinces are not in the novelty of the experience but in the political differences that hinder and delay the completion of plans for the provincial annual to the extent that there are two provinces did not Tndza their plan for the year 2012, so far as we received the plan a third province for the year 2012 and not 2013 before several days .. Therefore, these councils will be the task of planning wheel support in the provinces.
and that Iraq needed to assist the United Nations in this area through the support of local planning capacity in the provinces .. He pointed out that the ministry recently signed an agreement with the United Nations Development Programme value (34) million dollars to contribute to the central government (4) million dollars, of which, (5) million dollars from the Kurdistan Regional Government .. This agreement aims to develop the planning capacity of the provinces.
