Deputy Premier heads to Iran

Baghdad (AIN) –The Deputy Premier for Economic Affairs, Ruz Nouri Shawees, left to Iran in an official visit on Tuesday.
The reporter of AIN stated "Shawees headed a Ministerial delegation involved Ministers of Electricity, Industry, Trade and Finance in addition to the Governor of the Iraqi Central Bank," noting that "The negotiations with the Iranian officials will start on next Wednesday."
"The agenda of the visit includes following up the concluded
agreements in addition to concluding new Memorandums of Understanding between the two countries," the reporter added.
Earlier, Iranian News Agency mentioned that the negotiations of the two sides will involve discussing increasing the trading rate between the two countries in addition to establishing an Iraqi bank in Iraq to upgrade economic cooperation between them.
