Mutlaq rule out bringing with Kurdistan and the performance is "a failure"

Twilight News / MP for the most likely coalition in Iraq Hamid al-Mutlaq, on Wednesday, failed to block free initiative to bridge the gap between the federal government and the Kurdistan Region, considering at the same time that the performance "failed" the leaders of the political process will be judged every effort to "fail."
He says the Sadrist bloc led by cleric Moqtada al-Sadr said he had an initiative which seeks to play a mediatory role for the convergence of views between the Kurdistan Region and the federal government, but he put a condition of any constitutional mechanisms of dialogue and negotiations between the parties.
The MP said in an interview with al-Mutlaq told the "Twilight News" that he is not optimistic that the results will come out of the mediation block free bra for "bridging the gap between the Government of the Territory and the center."
The oil contracts and the budget of the Kurdistan Regional Guard forces and the disputed areas and movements of the Iraqi army pieces of the main problems between Arbil and Baghdad.
Mutlaq said, "I think they will not reach a conclusion because the country's policy and approach of walking (things) the country comes under a fixed-based approach to the unity of the country and to human rights and a mechanism to activate the law and apply it to everyone."
And he added: "All this is missing."
"I am not optimistic performance of the failed political and the political process and their symbols because they have proved their failure over the past years. My words includes everyone."
