The Minister of Planning and Development Cooperation Ali al-Yousef Shukri told private Radio Free Iraq that the state budget for 2013 is built on the basis that the amount of $ 116 billion U.S., an increase of $ 14 billion for the current year budget of $ 102 billion to be highest in the history Iraqi state since its establishment in 1920.
