Iraq to open embassy in Armenia .

Baghdad/ NINA /-- Deputy Prime Minister Ruz Nuri Shawis called on Armenian public and private companies to participate in Baghdad International Fair and enter the Iraqi market to enhance joint economic cooperation.
He said during a meeting held today in Yerevan, with the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Armen Kevorkian, that " the accompanying Iraqi delegation is interested in enhancing bilateral cooperation .
According to a statement of his office Shawis , stated the he is entitled by Iraqi Foreign Ministry to open Iraq's embassy in Yerevan in order to strengthen relations.
For his part, Kevorkian pointed to the high significance of this visit, which is represent the first of its kind with such a high-level delegation.
