Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki future Congressional delegation

According to a Kuwaiti newspaper that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki delivered a message from the Iranian leadership to a US Congressional delegation which visited Baghdad last week, the nuclear programme of Iran include a comment in return for maintaining the Assad regime.
