Allkash: Maliki sends a message to the Iraqis that Parliament delay the completion of important projects
BAGHDAD / Baghdadiya News / .. Said a member of the National Alliance Mohammed Allkash, Friday, that the presence of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki in the meeting of the Council of Representatives will be held on Saturday, is to submit a request to activate the draft payment on credit.
Cash said in a statement to Agence / Baghdadiya News /, "the process of hosting al-Maliki in the House of Representatives came at his request in order to do a draft payment on credit, with the mechanism failed, he said."
He added, "we stood against the draft payment on credit and Maliki asked the House of Representatives attendance is to persuade members of the council to the project, and wants to send a message to the Iraqi people that the governments want to accomplish projects to serve the citizens, but the House of Representatives is preventing its implementation."
Cash said, that "this is not true and should hold the government accountable and not the House of Representatives and this project that do cause havoc in Iraq's budget."
And, that "most of the projects of the former regime was implemented in a manner that payment on credit and thus remained Iraq's budget required about 114 billion dinars and the current government will pay this debt owed by Iraq and the brothers in the state law, they want to return the ball again."
