Finance Minister Rafe Al-Issawi said the draft agreement of the Federal Government and Kurdistan oil exports will be presented at a cabinet meeting Tuesday.

He said Al-Issawi said all Iraq [where] "agreement Baghdad, ErbilOil exportsWill display in the Cabinet meeting next Tuesday, when passed will then pay owed to companies operating in Kurdistan ".

Announced Thursday an agreement alhakomitn Central and Kurdistan includes payment to foreign oil companies operating in the territory, compared to the last production of oil to 200,000 barrels per day.

With Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki called on deputies to expedite the adoption of the law of oil and gas.

Al-Maliki said in response to a question by a reporter [where], during the press conference held at the Parliament building after a session hosted on the infrastructure Bill Saturday "we asked the speaker of the House of representatives, members of Parliament quickly passed the law of oil and gas, because the problem will not be confined between the Centre and the KRG but will occur with many oil-producing provinces."

There is disagreement between Erbil and Baghdad oil contracts signed by the 14 territorial Government since 2007 until now, the Central Government in Baghdad that any oil contract must be with their consent.

The Kurdistan Regional Government, recently rejected a draft hydrocarbon law, approved by the Iraqi Government, and sent to Parliament for approval, but the Government of Kurdistan opposed the draft law strongly. ended 2.
