{Baghdad: Euphrates News} stressed President Jalal Talabani on the importance of relying on the language of roses in parliamentary debates, he said, adding that "the coming days will witness dialogues and meetings deeper in order to resolve the outstanding problems."

The statement continued that "Talabani pointed to the importance of relying on language of roses in parliamentary debates and ask constructive consensus in political dialogues to reach agreements, adoption laws and legislation."
He noted that "stressed the need to continue the Kurdistan Alliance to national role in the convergence of views to achieve joint action and harmony between the parliamentary blocs, through conduct purposeful fraternal dialogues based on the principles of the Constitution and the agreements signed between the political parties."
And on human rights, Talabani stressed "the need to respect human rights and detainees and prevent injustice and oppression, stressing its focus on human rights and the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary as the guardian of the Constitution and awake to the implementation of its provisions."
