Read the House of Representatives first reading of the proposed law on the Federation Council.
A parliamentary source said told all of Iraq [where] today that "Parliament read during its meeting held on Saturday, the first reading of the proposed law of the Federation Council. by the Legal Committee and the Committee of the Regions and the provinces.
The House of Representatives had voted at a meeting last Tuesday ratified in principle on the text of a resolution to enact the proposed law on the Federation Council, which provides for the selection of four members from each province, and distributes law of powers between the House of Representatives and the Federation Council, which like the Senate.
The House of Representatives have been included in the agenda of its meeting today the first reading of the proposed law of the Federation Council postponed a vote on a general amnesty and legal payment on credit as was the vote on the draft law the repeal of article [40] of the Code of Federal budget.
