High Nassif: strongly reject the use of Barzani of the phrase (areas withholding)

Expressed an MP for the coalition in Iraq free, high Nassif surprise of the use of the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani of the phrase (withheld areas of the province) during a television interview conducted recently, indicating that "this characterization is absolutely legal."
