We: there's monopoly power and discrimination on racial grounds and communal

Christian component in Iraq confirmed that there is monopolization of power by the Governor and discrimination on the basis of cultural identity and racism and sectarianism, stressing the need for enactment of the guarantee of non-discrimination among Iraqis.
