Iraqi al-Sabah newspaper reported yesterday that the government Kuwaiti Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah will start a visit to Baghdad next month aims to close the pending issues for years, paving to remove Iraq from Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. The Sabah newspaper reported yesterday that "the Prime Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah will visit Iraq next month in order to close the outstanding issues between the two countries, as a prelude to remove Iraq from Chapter VII."

In a related matter, carried an MP for the coalition (Iraqi free) high Nassif Iraqi government and parliament legal and historical responsibility on piracy land and sea borders of Iraq by Kuwait.

The Iraqi people suffered greatly from the consequences of economic sanctions international political framework imposed by the committees UN Security Council on Iraq after it invaded Kuwait August 1990, including the situation in Iraq under Chapter VII, which allows the use of force if Iraq refused to implement the resolutions of the UN Security Council decisions which convergence incitement of Kuwait and other Gulf states and Arab countries, as it is a major obstacle in the way of the return of Iraq to the international community, despite many signs of recovery of the Iraqi economy and regime change in Iraq by the U.S. occupation forces in April 2003.

Drained Kuwait of the Iraqi economy and over the last 22 years, civil claims and governmental mostly incorrect and lacks credibility.
