The Iraqi Trade Ministry, concluded Saturday, Baghdad international fair, the 39th session with the participation of 20 countries and more than 1,000 Arab and foreign companies, saying that the increase in the number of participating companies reflect the will of all States to increase the volume of trade and economic exchange with Iraq.
Director General of the Iraqi exhibitions company Sadiq Hussein Sultan, in an interview for "alsumaria news", that "the Baghdad international fair, the 39th session concluded today, with the participation of 20 countries and more than 1,000 Arab and foreign and Iraqi", stating that "the exhibition well-attended both by States, corporations or by attendance at official levels or citizens."
Sultan said that "a significant increase in participation reflects the desire of all nations of the world to increase the volume of trade and economic exchange with Iraq and the need to develop economic relations with Iraq," likely "and signed many contracts with States and participating companies and State institutions."
Sultan said that "large countries confirmed their participation in the sessions of the next exhibition in large companies.
Iraqi Trade Ministry opened, (November 1, 2012), the 39th session of the Baghdad international fair with the participation of 1,000 Arab and foreign companies and 20 State, asserting that the show will run for 10 days.
He was the Director of the Baghdad international fair, Sadiq Hussein Sultan, in July 2012, the Cabinet approved the allocation of 500 dunums of land for the establishment of the Baghdad international fair in the new FAO palaces complex, noting that frequent traffic jams that occur during a session of the annual exhibition and the large international exhibitions prompted the Ministry of Commerce to find a substitute for the show.
