Kurdish newspaper: telephone jerky between Talabani and Maliki

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} Khabat newspaper quoted Kurdish source close to Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki as saying that the Prime Minister to resolve in a telephone conversation with President Jalal Talabani, his position on the issue of Kirkuk.
The newspaper reported that al-Maliki told Talabani that Kirkuk Arab, not Kurdish, and he would not give up the deployment of military forces in the inner city will deal a flexible political calculations in this topic.
