Iraq completed talks in Arbil and return to Baghdad to meet with Al-Maliki

Back House speaker Osama Iraq Baghdad Tuesday evening for talks with Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to hold further talks to end the tension between the Governments and the KRG.
