Al Hashemi calls for coupling Limbering government to develop the Council of Ministers

Baghdad, July 24 (Rn) - The First Vice-President Tareq al-Hashemi on Sunday, need to be Limbering ministerial step in a package of reforms, including compliance with the agreements adopted by the initiative of the President of Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani, calling at the same time to be Limbering combined with institutional development of the Council of Ministers.
He has asked the House of Representatives last week in a letter written in his discussion of feminine from 42 to 29 of the Ministry.
The Prime Minister's assessment of the work of ministries and government institutions within a cent on that feminine government is "the need for" urgent and called for political blocs to help him in this matter, described by some observers that it would be a new chapter of political differences and will take time like that took to form the government.
He said al-Hashemi, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn), that he "supports the process of Limbering government believes it is necessary to be characterized by the performance of the executive power efficiency, effectiveness and speed of response to the challenges of security, service, living the lives of Iraqi citizens."
The al-Hashemi, who belongs to the Iraqi list led by former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi that "the success of Limbering government in achieving its objectives requires that associated with the development of the government program to be program specific and clear, concise and realistic, and reflect the national consensus and achieving the aspirations of Iraqis."
The Vice-President of the Republic that "it is necessary to have Limbering step in the reform package, including compliance with the agreements adopted by the initiative of the President of Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani, that there should be a consecration of the National Partnership to be a partnership in decision-making and management of the state, not just participate in government through ministerial posts. "
He said al-Hashemi as saying that "the government Limbering the need to end the slack in the operational work and the rationalization of government spending but he remains in need of institutional development of the Council of Ministers through the adoption of its rules of procedure." He said.
Al-Maliki had given his government in February 28 last 100 days to improve the performance of their ministries, and public protests continued after the deadline in a sign of dissatisfaction with the citizens on the performance of ministries.
The deadline Maliki as described by some observers to protect himself and his government from public criticism that has guided her through out dozens of demonstrations condemning the corruption and poor services and increased rates of unemployment, especially in the cities that voted for him in the parliamentary elections held last y ear.
