Hashemi: confirmed ability of Presidency to ensure decentralization.

Baghdad / NINA /-- Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi said ;” the presidency is able to intervene in order to ensure decentralization between the center and the governorates, especially in security, administrative, financial, development and reconstruction fields , since the presidency is the sponsor of the application of the Constitution.
A statement issued by al-Hashimi office today, "said Hashemi received a delegation representing Babel province, and listened to a detailed presentation by the Chairman of the governorate Board Kazem Majeed and governor Mohammed Massoudi about the injustice the province experienced due to excessive interference in their own affairs.
The statement added : " Hashemi noted that the Council of Ministers is still able to do much in this area not to delay reform, if not that will push many provinces to activate their own option to go for the distressed," according to the expression statement. / End
