Kurdistan Regional Government Kurdistan Alliance bloc calls for efforts to defend the territory and all Iraqis share in General

Erbil 7 December (PNA)-under nechervan Idris Barzani Prime and Imad Ahmed, Deputy Prime Minister, the Government of the Kurdistan region, a special meeting late Thursday with a coalition of Kurdistan on the Iraqi Council of representatives.
The meeting was to discuss Iraq's budget bill to 2013 where he participated in a meeting of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and the Committee of Kurdistan in Kurdish Alliance to block the Iraqi Council of representatives and the Committee of the Parliament of the Kurdistan region.
In the beginning of the meeting were extensive discussion of those paragraphs and disputed material from the general budget bill to 2013 which punctuated by some shortcomings of this project, who did not attend from the point of view of the Kurdistan region but also in the interests of all parts of Iraq.
It was decided to continue such meetings until almsadkhali the Iraqi budget bill to a Committee of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in the region connected with the Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the Iraqi Council of representatives in order to exchange information, statistics and documentation between the Kurdistan Regional Government and the Government of the Federal Government in Baghdad, and put them to the relevant authorities in Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the Iraqi Parliament.
This was during the meeting to explain the problems and impediments to the competent Committee in the Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the Iraqi Parliament in detail and make the views and proposals of the Kurdistan region to address the problems in this area. The meeting also called on the Kurdistan Alliance bloc in the Iraqi Parliament to exert its utmost efforts to defend the rights of the Kurdistan region and all Iraqis in the general budget.
The meeting discussed a number of topics, including: share Kurdistan region of Iraq, budget and expenditure for application of article 140 of the Iraqi Constitution, and the phenomenon of the routine in the Iraqi Ministry of finance, and the delay in granting compensation, the expenses of two instruments, and sovereign, "petrodollar expenditures and share the development of the territories and provinces, which are not connected with the Kurdistan region but throughout Iraq.
At the end of the meeting to support the coalition in alkordestan block in the Iraqi Council of representatives, it was decided to form an Advisory Committee comprising a number of experts and specialists in the constitutional and legal issues, finance and statistics, for the purpose of providing advice and assistance to the work and activities of the front the Alliance of Kurdistan on the Iraqi Council of representatives.
