{Baghdad: Euphrates news} well-informed sources revealed by seyassah newspaper reported on a us plan to deploy us observers in the disputed areas between Baghdad and Kurdistan, with Washington's efforts failed to arrange a tripartite meeting was scheduled to gather with President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the President of the Kurdistan region Masoud barasani.

Sources said Barzani sent elite forces led by his son Mansur Kurdish Kirkuk in a move that could mean showing more challenge to Maliki's authority and strengthen the idea of defending the "Kurdistan" this oil-rich city.
