President Jalal Talabani that a Bmsaah past in order to complete the truce and find a suitable platform for dialogue that would find acceptable solutions to outstanding issues.
The presidential statement said today that "Talabani received this afternoon in Baghdad adviser and member of the U.S. Council on Foreign Relations, Mr. Brett Maikark.
