"White": only agreements, understandings Arbil, a U.S. non-binding of the blocks

Twilight / White revealed the Iraqi List, Tuesday, for agreements that are just Arbil understandings are not binding on the parties concerned, indicating that these understandings were held under the auspices of the U.S. side.
The initiative resulted in Arbil, the Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barzani to form a government made up of 42 of the Ministry, which promise some flaccid as a government, as well as the survival of the security ministries vacant and managed by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and the agency.
Said a spokesman for the Iraqi bloc white high-Nassif, in an interview (twilight) that "the agreements concluded between the political blocs are just understandings based on something legal or mandatory to the parties concerned, and this is what we understand from some of the prominent politicians who attended the meetings of leaders of blocs in Arbil" , loaded with "leaders of a coalition of state law and deepen the unity of the Iraqi List, the political differences at the expense of public interest."
It is due to hold their third meeting of leaders of blocs under the auspices of President Jalal Talabani on Thursday, to resolve disputes and outstanding issues, and implementation of the remaining provisions of agreements between Erbil coalition of state law and the Iraqi List.
Nassif explained that "the hype between the political blocs that brought the country in a wave of contradictions and tensions were on the understandings between the leaders of political blocs, a US-sponsored and not, as it mentions binding agreements."
Some argue that the country is in crisis is not to complete formation of the government and the survival of the security ministries vacant, in addition to the security file is escalating pace as in Baghdad and a number of other provinces in which they are targeting the security officers and government officials.
