Oh sons of the Iraqi people Karim
Facing the political process significant challenges require of all the political blocs attention and very careful of agendas Foreign which is trying to push the country to sectarian strife and division, and the supreme national interest and the protection of civil peace requires us cooperation and miss the opportunity to predators national unity without which would be the unity and sovereignty and independence of Iraq in real danger, which invites us to emphasize a set of constants and general principles, including:
First: the armed forces of the army and police and security forces to exercise maximum restraint and to miss the opportunity to terrorist organizations that work to drag it into an armed confrontation or beat peaceful demonstrators.
Second: to prevent terrorist organizations and armed groups to infiltrate demonstrations and peaceful character track and distort the legitimate demands of the citizens, and that remains an open confrontation with terrorist organizations outside the Square demonstrations.
Thirdly: renew praise and appreciation to the positions of religious scholars, led by His Eminence Sheikh Abdul-Malik al-Saadi, who was a wise direction and his calls for moderation effect of pulling the rug from under the feet of extremists and lurking evil of Iraq and its people.
