Baghdad (news) .. confirmed Ali al-Moussawi, a media adviser to the prime minister, al-Maliki is still holding, including raised to hold early parliamentary elections, adding that the prime minister hopes to hold early elections to coincide with the provincial council elections to be held in April next year.
