Ministerial Commission: 70 detainees released on Wednesday

Baghdad (AIN) -The Ministerial Commission tasked to follow up the demonstrators' demands announced releasing (70) detainees on Wednesday and this step will be adopted as daily procedure.
The head of the commission, The Deputy Premier, Hussein al-Shahristani, said during press conference held jointly with Ministers of Justice and Human Rights on Wednesday "70 detainees were released on Wednesday," stressing that "This measure will be followed as daily procedure from now on till settling this file once and for all."
"The Council of Ministers approved to release the detainees on bails on condition that they are not sentenced to death,"
