The parliamentary Finance Committee discussed at its meeting chaired by Committee Chairman MP Haider Al-Abadi, attendance of its members and advisers the paragraphs included in the draft budget law for the year 2013.
According to a statement by the information service in the House of representatives that the meeting agreed not to change the text of the article contained in the budget of the 2012 budget 2013 for authorizing the Minister of finance to borrow from State banks to cover the financial consequences arising from judgements of the martyrs and property claims.
