Investment parliamentary calls to expand the powers of the provinces economically

Submitted to the Commission on Economy and Investment parliamentary proposal to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to expand the economic powers of the provinces.
Committee member said Salman al-Moussawi said that "the parliamentary economic committee submitted a proposal to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to expand the powers of the provinces and general managers during the budget year 2013 in a bid to stimulate investment and economic projects."
The National Investment Commission has confirmed earlier quest to make a new amendment to the Investment Law No. 13 of 2006, which was the modified paragraphs year 2009.
And investors should get investment licenses and they can apply for investment license to the Department of the single window developed by the National Investment Commission and authorized to inform the final decision of the investor within 45 days in order to eliminate administrative red tape in the granting of investment licenses.
