BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - revealed Deputy for Legal Committee in the House of Representatives, on Friday, the possibility of reducing the budget of the Kurdistan region without (% 17) from going forward public in the event of getting a majority vote of Parliament in order to ensure a fair distribution between provinces .
Committee member said Hassoun Fatlawi's (IMN) that "the proportion of which have been identified for the budget of the Kurdistan region did not come through the densely populated but through political agreement between the parliamentary blocs."
Fatlawi said, "it was the distribution of the province's budget according to the central system and not according to the federal system the federal," he said, adding that it was "supposed to deduct federal expenditures to be distributed according to population density and in accordance with the Constitution."
It is noted that parliamentary Finance Committee, had announced earlier that he was collecting more 150 signatures to redistribute the budget next year by ratio of the population approved of the Ministry of Planning Oaltjarh, stressing that the goal of redistribution is not reducing the share of the Kurdistan region, but to ensure fair distribution.
And gets the Kurdistan region annually to 17 percent of the size of the federal budget in a deal between Baghdad and Erbil after 2003.
