250 deputies were not able to pass the Federal Court Act

Although a quorum to pass a law of the Federal Court and the inclusion in the agenda of the session of the House of Representatives yesterday, the failure of the Council again approved the agreement took place between the leaders of the blocks and heads of parliamentary committees to postpone voting on it, because of political disagreements about the controversial law.
The hearing yesterday witnessed a remarkable presence of the deputies, reaching the quorum of 250 deputies, in the session is the first in the presence of Representatives.
The leader of the coalition of state law Haider al-Abadi told to "long" yesterday that the Federal Court Act did not pass until after obtaining political consensus, noting that the objection mass includes many points are not solutions to them.
It is known that the absence of a quorum in the previous parliamentary sessions was the reason behind the postponement of the vote on the law of the Federal Court in yesterday's meeting saw a quorum and also failed to pass the law.
