A source senior diplomat from a lengthy meeting in Dubai that included officials from Qatar, Turkey and Kuwait and the UAE, pointing out that Qatar and Turkey balked at the uniqueness of Kuwait and the UAE and exploitation of the Iraqi crisis with the two countries to Tsthoma on Iraq markets, particularly energy from them.
