Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki meets with the Emir of Kuwait Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and Turkish President Abdullah Gul on the sidelines of the OIC Conference hosted by the Egyptian capital of Cairo, will begin its work on Wednesday.
