Yassin Majid: Maliki will focus hosted by tomorrow in the House of Representatives Limbering Ministerial

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki has sent a letter to the House of Representatives includes a proposal to cancel all of the ministries of the State with the exception of three ministries are the Ministry of State for Parliamentary Affairs and the Ministry of the provinces in addition to the Ministry of Women, suggesting that "the number of ministries [29] Ministry"
He explained that "the process Limbering Ministerial will pass through three stages after the House voted in principle."
And that "the first stage through which ministries would be abolished and the state will not take a long time, the fact that the political blocs agreed on this step," noting that the number of ministries will be after the first phase [30] Ministry.
"But the second phase of the Ministerial Limbering it will take time, may continue for many months as you need to follow up and study it enough that this phase will be the integration of the ministries which converged in the tasks."
He explained, "and the last phase will be implemented through the review of the cadres weak since there are some ministries and ministries of the level of its minister a good and effective, but the cadre of agents and general managers and professional advisers perform poorly."
The process Limbering Ministerial entered an important stage after the arrival of a message of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to the House of Representatives and the proposal included the elimination of all ministries except for three ministries are the Ministry of State for Parliamentary Affairs and the Ministry of the provinces in addition to the Ministry of Women.
