Urgent….SJC law officially issued

Baghdad (AIN) -The Iraqi Judiciary announced on Tuesday issuance of Supreme Judicial Council law after publishing it in an official Iraqi newspaper and approving it by the Parliament.
A statement by the Judiciary cited "The SJC law, No. 112 of 2012 that was approved earlier by the Parliament has been published in Iraqi official Gazette after being approved by the Iraqi Presidency."
"According to the law, the presidency of the SJC was entrusted to the head of the Cassation Court, the Judge Hassan Ibrahim al-Hamiri," the statement added. /End/
