Demonstrations launched in Baghdad, other provinces on Friday

Baghdad (AIN) –Thousands of demonstrators demonstrated in Baghdad and Ramadi, Salah-il-Din, Diyala, Kirkuk as well as Mosul provinces after the Noon Friday Prayer.
The reporters of AIN stated “The demonstrators called the Government to speed up implementing their demands including canceling the Justice and Accountability law as well as the Anti-Terrorism law as they urged to release the innocent detainees.”
“The demonstrators called to avoid involving then Iraqi Army in the political disputes and to sustain the balance in the institutions of the State,” the reporters added.
“The demonstrators confirmed that their demonstrations are not against any side rather they are intended to call for their legitimate demands,” the reporters concluded. /End/
