Allawi, Iraqi and agree on a mechanism to attend meetings of the House of Representatives

And surprised observers to attend the leader Iyad Allawi's list to the last session of the House of Representatives during which the vote of no-confidence motion for the Commission, as the promise of another case of pressure on the Iraqi list to influence the request of state law to withdraw confidence from the Commission.
In this regard, al-Mutlaq said that "the Iraqi leader to attend the meeting to vote to withdraw confidence from the electoral commission was not to influence the decision of Iraq," noting that "the presence of Allawi, according to the agreement came to attend the meetings of parliament."
He added that "most members of the House of Representatives today are not obliged to obey the leaders of their lists, in the absence of conviction of any decision taken by the wrong when they see the leader of the list."
The Iraqi Council of Representatives had voted in the presence of the leader of the Iraqi List, Iyad Allawi, last Thursday, refused to isolate the President and members of the Electoral Commission for elections, while parliamentary source said 94 deputies just out of the 245 who attended the session voted positively on the proposal made by the mass of state law.
