The Kurdistan put forward solutions to pass the budget, including the sale of oil directly to companies and be away from the federal government.
The negotiations are continuing between the political blocs, where no agreement is reached on the appropriate formula between the federal government and the Kurdistan Regional Government, including the foreign oil companies dues, payment method, and export volumes where conferees could not get out final format for approving the budget.
