Karbala Investment commission grants 3 investment licenses

Karbala (AIN) –The Investment Commission in Karbala province granted three investment licenses to establish three projects in the province.
The Deputy Chairman of the Investment Commission, Ahmed Mahel al-Maliki, reported in statement to AIN on Saturday ''The investment commission has contracted with local and foreign companies in housing, commerce and tourism fields and granted them three investment licenses with gross cost that reached USD(400) million.''
''The first investment license was granted to establish (Medina al-Salaam) housing complex project by Fadh al-Amara and Green Land companies with a cost of USD (326,982,400) while Afaq Baed company got the second investment license to establish a shopping center and tourist hostel with a cost of USD (10,888,524) within (36) months,'' he added
''The third investment license was granted to the company of the investor Reda Ibraheem Saleh to establish a hotel with a total cost that reached USD (54) million within (48) months,'' he concluded.
