The parliamentary legal committee announced on Tuesday that the Federal Supreme Court confirmed the legal bill defining the mandates of the three presidencies.


Committee member said Muhsin al-Sadoun told all of Iraq [where], "the Federal Court confirmed that the law, passed by the House of Representatives technically true, and be challenged after its publication in the Official Gazette."




Saadoun added that "the court deferred a decision on the case to challenge the law, sponsored by a coalition of state law, until its publication in the Official Gazette."


The House of Representatives had voted at its January 26 last validation and a majority [170] MPs on the Law of the mandate of the three presidencies amid objections members State of Law coalition led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to vote, Mattabrene illegal and unconstitutional, and declared their intention to challenge the decision in court Federal for violating the constitution, but observers see the number 170 who voted in favor of the law, an absolute parliamentary majority, can withdraw confidence from the Prime Minister.


Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said in a newspaper interview that "the Federal Court will not pass a law determining the mandate of the three presidencies two sessions, and the House of Representatives has no right to enact legislation until after the submission by the government."

Well I would think that if the majority vote was passed by parliament for the budget then the majority vote for the 3 presidencies would also be passed the same as the budget. Also thjen the no confidence against Maliki should be acceptable then if they have the majority. You have to be consistent in the majority vote. JMO
