Emergency meeting includes Jaafari and Maliki and Hakim to discuss developments in the political arena
BAGHDAD / Baghdadiya News / .. A source in the office of President of the National Alliance Ibrahim al-Jaafari, Tuesday, held the last meeting included the President of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
The source told / Baghdadiya News / "President of the National Alliance Ibrahim al-Jaafari, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and President of the Islamic Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim held an emergency meeting at the home of al-Jaafari, to discuss the developments in the political process."
And pointed Alamusdr that "the meeting held this evening continues," without disclosing further details.
It is said that the political process is witnessing strained recently after boycotting Minister Kurds to the Council of Ministers in the federal government, to protest the voting process, which passed through going forward, while still ministers of the Iraqi List continuing boycotting the cabinet, with the exception of the Minister of Electricity Abdul Karim Aftan.
