U.S. investigation with 82 files of corruption in Iraq reconstruction fund

He added House Speaker "that such corruption gave a distorted picture of the fact that the fate of the money that was supposed to be used in building giant projects and contribute to the completion of infrastructure, electricity and other service are things that Iraq today desperately need." (End)
