MP calls to hold urgent session for parliament on background of Basra bombings

Baghdad (AIN) -MP Hussein al-Mansouri, of parliament Ahrar bloc, called to hold urgent session for the parliament to discuss the bombings that took part in Basra on Sunday.
Mansouri, of Basra province, told All Iraq News Agency (AIN) on Sunday "We call to hold urgent session at the parliament to investigate the terrorist operations that hit Basra, which is considered to be among the safe provinces, as well as discussing the security backwardness in the other provinces."
"The security commanders in Basra are very terrible in their performance," he added holding al-Qaeda the responsibility for these inhumane attacks in Basra."
Basra witnessed on Sunday, two car bombs which led to 37 deaths and injuries.
