Cabinet approves amendment to the Penal legal and Criminal Procedure
BAGHDAD / Baghdadiya News / .. The Council of Ministers approved, on Tuesday, the draft amendment to the Penal legal number (111) of 1969 and Criminal Procedure No. (23) for the year 1973.
The statement quoted the Information Office of the Prime Minister and received / Baghdadiya News / copy of the Council and its session eleventh held today, chaired by Maliki agreed to amend the Penal Code No. (111) of 1969 and Criminal Procedure Code No. (23) for the year "1973.
"The Council referred the amendments bills to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution."
He noted that the Council also approved a draft law seizure and confiscation of movable and immovable property belonging to the former regime taking observations raised in the Council and then submitted to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution " .
