Abdul Salam al-Maliki is not optimistic of a deal on the Policy Board at the meeting tomorrow

MP predicted a coalition of state law, Abdul Salam al-Maliki does not reach the political blocs to solutions in its meeting on Tuesday.
He said al-Maliki told all of Iraq [where] the day that "tomorrow's meeting, I do not expect that he will dispute happening between the Iraqi List and the rule of law on the Council of strategic policies because of the adherence to the Iraqi List, making this the executive while he is an advisory board, as agreed between the political blocs in Arbil" .
He added that "a coalition of state law adheres to what has been agreed in Arbil on powers of the Council which do not exceed the fee the foreign policies of a country are not binding on the government, but if he gets 80 percent of the vote," adding that "the Iraqi List, want to have the council broad powers to intersect with the powers of government. "
The leaders of political blocs is hoped to hold a meeting on Tuesday at the headquarters of President Jalal Talabani, after being postponed four times to discuss the political files, especially file pending U.S. withdrawal by some members of the House of Representatives.
