Revealed an adviser to Prime Minister for Legal Affairs that will show the draft rules of procedure of the Council of Ministers at a meeting next Tuesday to discuss and comment on them ministers.
Said Fadel Mohammed Jawad "Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki has instructed to discuss the rules of procedure of the Council at the next meeting and each minister to make observations as he sees fit to modify or opinion until taking it." He explained that "a copy of the rules of procedure to be presented to the Council at the next meeting are the same as those prepared previously." He Jawad said that "the issues discussed in the Council of Ministers are deciding at the moment displayed, but some ask him the opportunity to trade with the political bloc."
