Al-Barrak: special pensions for retired medical Lieutenant to Captain 400 dinars

MP Mohammed Al Barrak in law proposal on special pension and bonus entitlement for military officers who have retired from the medical retirement rank of Lieutenant to captain, the proposal as follows:
Article one: an exceptional pension is granted to military officers from the rank of Lieutenant to captain, NCOs who retired medically in three military agencies (internal Defense National Guard) and the General Directorate of fire of 400 dinars, whatever their service.
Second article: above article 1 of this law due to bonus pay.
Article three: the provisions of this Act apply retroactively to include retired after 26/2/1991.
A fourth article: State Treasury payment of pensions covered by the special provisions of this Act, the General Organization for social insurance disbursement to beneficiaries.
Article fifth: bear three military agencies (internal Defense National Guard) and the General Administration of fire service pay award of merit from the budget covered by the provisions of this law.
