Khuza'e invites Canadian firms to contribute in Iraq's reconstruction

Baghdad (NINA) – Vice President, Khoda'yir al-Khuza'e, invited Canadian companies to contribute in the process of Iraq's reconstruction and invest in Iraq's promising market.
A statement issued on Monday, Apr. 1, by the Vice President's Office said that Khuza'e received Canadian Foreign Minister, John Baird, and the delegation accompanying him, discussing developing bilateral relations.
The statement quoted Khuza'e calling on Canadian authorities to absorb Iraq studying in Canadian institutions, pointing out that there are over 10 thousand Iraqis waiting to get chance to study in Canadian universities.
Khuza'e praised Canadian policy supporting world justice and peace. He expressed Iraq's desire to develop its relations with Canada and to open Canadian Embassy in Baghdad.
For his part, the Canadian official praised the role of Kuza'e in developing bilateral relations in the service of both countries' people. / End.
