Babel / obelisk: Description and Water Resources Minister Muhannad al-Saadi agricultural irrigation network Palmthalkh They need to achieve qualitative and quantitative leap in the level of advancement of the agricultural sector.
Saadi said of Babylon "and the Ministry of Water Resources today opened three irrigation projects in the province at a cost of 15 billion Iraqi dinars contribute to lift the sector from its low level."
Saadi added that "this project is a channel for amniocentesis in (ill) , lining other channels to reduce wastage of water quotas and ensure water investment in agricultural areas for agricultural development projects. "
He pointed out that "Babylon is one of the provinces where agriculture constitutes more than 60% and for this they need to irrigation work the other."
Saadi continued that "there are many irrigation projects that are still under development and will contribute in the event of the completion of the work in achieving high rates of benefit of water quotas and reduce waste and the progressive development of the agricultural sector and ensure that no peasant migration."
